When joining a romance site be honest

Hi all
When you fill out that profile form on any romance site you join be honest.
Do not make up stories to try and make yourself sound better than you really are.I know it is hard to describe what you are going to say about yourself but what ever you say be honest. It will come back to haunt you if you do not.
Fill in the form the best you can, and do not say ask me later or email and I will tell you. That's down right lame, and when most people see that they just keep on going onto the next profile.
If you have kids say so if they are someone you really want to meet they are not going to run away because if you have a child. (If they do are they really the kind of person you want to meet anyway) This goes for both men and women as I see both ending up getting hurt because they have made up part of there profile.
Take your time when filling out the profile and do not hesitate to go back and change it if you make a mistake. Think about it before you write it.
The profile will be the most important part of this process except for your headline

Try to make it catchy but not to trashy.(Unless you are just after sex and nothing more. If that is the case the trashier the better )
Headlines like "Hi there, if you don't like kids don't even bother" get right to the point and that is good,

" Live life and be happy"
" The woman of your dreaming " (could be worded better)
"Looking For My Soul Mate "
Take your time and think about your headline as it is the first thing people see and maybe the last thing they will see of your profile is it is not good .
